BLACK (history of) SCRANTON

Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) has added a new program their summer lineup. “The African American Experience” is PCN’s latest series that takes an exploration into the state’s Black history and culture. The show offers interviews with experts and tours of local locations that were significant to African American heritage around the state. This series offers narratives that have gone overlooked in the context of the states history. The African American Experience airs Sundays at 6:00pm.

August 11 – Black History of Scranton airs on PCNTV . The Black Scranton Project will be broadcasted across the state. The Overlooked Community will be illuminated. Black Scranton is being seen. Our History recognized this Sunday and on re-run schedule for the rest of the year.
